Metal Stamping Parts

Metal stamping is at the heart of Hifly Tool’s business. We have worked with clients to create specialized product applications in a wide variety of fields, including the automotive, telecommunication, electronics and office equipment industries in many European and American countries. Regardless of the size, shape, or complexity of your stamping, we can meet your needs accurately and consistently. Our metal stamping processes are appropriate for metal parts ranging from 0.5mm to 10.0 mm thickness, can hold a 0.05mm tolerance. We have 11 presses with tonnage from 800-3600T, including one 3600T hydraulic press, one 2000T mechanical press (with feeding machine and 3D transfer) , and a tandem line up to 6000T (with 7 Kuka robots). With this high tonnage presses, we produce battery box parts, channel plate and base plate for automobile battery, nutting plate and car body parts for our customers. We have 35 presses from 80T to 600T, among which 10 presses with feeding machine and 8 presses with transfer arms. With these presses, we produce small to medium metal parts, and assemblies with welding, riveting, painting and assembly process. Our expertise extends to assisting customers with the initial design concept, including the choice of raw material. Where possible, we like to be involved before a part is signed off so that we can assist in the design and product layout. In this way, we can attempt to identify “cost-down” solutions before a die is built.
